DIZAA RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Introduction
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.
2. Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Items can be returned within 4-5 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Perishable goods
Personalized or custom-made items
Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
3. Return Process
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship it to the return address provided by our team.
Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
Approval & Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts).
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Bank Account Details: The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank details. Any errors in the details provided will not be our responsibility.
5. Exchanges
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact our customer service team at contact@dizaa.in. We will guide you on returning the original item and placing a new order.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in the form of a coupon code.
Order Delivery Issues: If you have received an SMS or email notification stating that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact Us Immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
